Where we ship
Orders ship within the United States from our US warehouse. Tracked delivery is standard on every order, and you receive a tracking link by email as soon as your parcel is handed to the carrier.
Dispatch times
- In-stock items: dispatched within 1–2 business days.
- Weekend orders: processed on the next business day.
- Multiple-item orders: occasionally ship in more than one parcel — you will get a tracking link for each.
Delivery estimates
Typical transit after dispatch is 3–7 business days depending on destination. Remote areas can take longer. These are estimates from the carrier, not guarantees, and delays can happen in peak periods.
If something goes wrong
If tracking has not moved for several days, or a parcel arrives damaged, contact us with the order number and we will chase the carrier or replace the item. Do not return anything before contacting us — we will tell you exactly where to send it.
